2. Orders & Payment
- Orders are confirmed once payment is completed.
- We accept the payment methods listed at checkout [ note: for the online/ knet option, the link will be sent via WhatsApp].
- If an item becomes unavailable after your order, we will notify you and issue a refund or provide an alternative option.
3. Delivery
- Delivery is available within Kuwait only.
- Delivery times vary by area; delays may occur during weekends, holidays, or high-order periods.
- Customers must provide a correct address and phone number. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to inaccurate information.
4. Returns & Refunds
- All sales are final unless the received item is damaged or incorrect.
- For damaged or wrong items, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo proof.
- Refunds will be issued in the original payment method or as store credit.
5. Used Books
- Condition descriptions of used books are approximate. Minor wear, marks, or signs of use are considered normal and are not grounds for return.
6. Privacy
- We respect your privacy. Customer information is used only to process orders and will not be shared with third parties except for delivery purposes.
7. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of our website or services.
